How to delete your data

You can ask FishTech to delete the information we hold about you.

How to ask

1. Send a WhatsApp message to +263 71 162 6305, from the number you want deleted, saying "Delete my data".
2. We confirm by replying to you on WhatsApp that we have received the request.
3. We delete your conversation and any quotation records that carry your number or name, and tell you when it is done. We aim to finish within 30 days.

Our records are kept with a version history, like a document's "undo" history. Deleting a record removes it from our current records, but earlier copies can remain in that private history.

What deletion covers

Your messages and quotation records held in our systems. We cannot delete copies held by Meta (WhatsApp) or Google; ask them directly. Where the law or our accounts require us to keep a record of a completed sale, we keep only that record.
